The Monique Method™
The Monique Method
The Monique Method™ helps people understand current eating patterns, organise food around their day and build an eating rhythm they can return to when life changes.

Why it matters
Eating for life, not extremes.

Real health is quieter than a transformation photo. It is steady, calm and sustainable.
It looks like consistent energy, balanced hunger, solid sleep, even mood, calm digestion and mental clarity. The Monique Method™ exists to help you feel like yourself again: grounded, capable and resilient.
When the body is running in its natural range, blood sugar is steady, appetite and energy are supported, digestion is predictable, sleep is restorative and mood is stable. Life feels manageable. You think more clearly, cope better and have the capacity to work, train, parent and simply live without chaos. Most people haven’t felt this in years, so they don’t realise it’s possible.
Why most people struggle.

Modern life sets us up for the rollercoaster.
Long gaps between meals, irregular and oversized portions, energy spikes from sugar or caffeine, constant stress, emotional eating, misinformation and the extremes of diet culture all add up. The result is a familiar cycle: spike, crash, crave, overeat, feel guilty, repeat.
Most food decisions are not made in a consultation. They are made in the car park, at the bench, between meetings and in the hour before dinner.
The Monique Method™ breaks this pattern with a structured, science-based framework.
The framework
Four simple building blocks.
No tracking, no extremes. Just a steady rhythm your body understands.
Regular eating intervals
Eating every 2–3 hours helps keep blood sugar steady, settles hunger and reduces cravings. Your body becomes predictable and your mind calmer.
The 15g building blocks
Protein and carbohydrate serves are standardised: one serve is 15g. Think eggs, chicken, Greek yoghurt, bread, rice or fruit. Your plan shows how many serves to have at each meal, so there is no guesswork or calorie counting.
Free foods
High-fibre vegetables like leafy greens, broccoli, mushrooms and herbs are unlimited. No weighing, no tracking, no guilt. They add volume, support digestion and lighten the mental load.
Gentle fat boundaries
Added fats are capped at 30g a day, and natural fats in whole foods are included. Balanced fats support brain function and nutrient absorption without weighing meals down.
Why it works.
- Steady blood sugar. Pairing protein and carbohydrate helps prevent spikes and crashes.
- Calmer appetite. A steady rhythm helps regulate the hormones behind hunger and fullness.
- A calmer nervous system. Predictable meal times reduce stress, emotional reactivity and impulsive eating.
- Even energy. Regular, balanced meals keep energy consistent through the day.
- Less decision fatigue. No macros or tracking, so your brain is free to simply follow the plan.
Consistency is key. The body thrives on rhythm, not extremes.
What feeling good feels like.

It isn’t dramatic or trendy. It’s quiet, deeply effective and life-changing.

Is this a diet?
No. The method focuses on practical food education and a rhythm that can work in everyday life.
How is this different from private practice?
Private practice is one-to-one and tailored with Monique. meforme™ is a digital program that makes the method available for independent use and support between appointments.
Does it replace healthcare?
No. It is general education and practical support. Personal clinical advice, diagnosis and medication decisions stay with a person’s treating healthcare team.
