Healthy Ricotta Cheesecake
INGREDIENTS
3 Tbls skim ricotta
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
2g stevia powder
Cinnamon ( optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat over to 140 degrees Celsius
Beat egg.
Add ricotta, vanilla essence and stevia to egg and combine well.
Pour into small ramekin.
Top with cinnamon ( optional)
Bake for ~30 min or until golden on top.
