Healthy Ricotta Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Tbls skim ricotta

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence

  • 2g stevia powder

  • Cinnamon ( optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat over to 140 degrees Celsius

  2. Beat egg.

  3. Add ricotta, vanilla essence and stevia to egg and combine well.

  4. Pour into small ramekin.

  5. Top with cinnamon ( optional)

  6. Bake for ~30 min or until golden on top.
