Homemade Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups frozen strawberries

  • 2 Tablespoons honey

  • 1 cup plain Greek non-fat yogurt

  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the frozen strawberries, honey, yogurt and lemon juice to the bowl of a food processor.

  2. Process until creamy, usually about 5 minutes.

  3. Serve the frozen yogurt immediately or transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the freezer for up to 1 month.

  1. Note: you can use other frozen fruit options.
