Pickled Cucumbers

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups water

  • 1 cup vinegar

  • 3 TBS sugar

  • 1 TBS salt

  • Handful Black peppercorns

  • 3 crushed garlic cloves 

  • 6 bay leaves 

  • Cucumbers (either whole or cut)

METHOD

  1. Heat all ingredients in pot. 

  2. Bring to boil. 

  3. Place cucumbers in pickling jar.

  4. Pour over cucumbers. 

  5. Make sure cooled before placing in fridge. Ready in 2-3 days.
