Baked Ricotta

INGREDIENTS

1kg fresh ricotta (full cream or skim) 

2 tbls olive oil 

3 cloves garlic crushed

2 tsp pepper

Thyme, finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

1) Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius. 

2) Pat ricotta dry with a paper towel and place in a lined baking tin or lightly oiled baking dish.

3) Mix thyme, oil, garlic and pepper in a bowl. Spoon onto ricotta and spread evenly. 

4) Bake ricotta for 30 minutes or until set.
