Mountain Bread or Barley Crisps

INGREDIENTS

1 pkt Mountain Bread/ Freedom Barley wraps

Olive oil

Zatar

INSTRUCTIONS

1) In a bowl mix the zatar and olive oil to wet the whole mixture.

2) Slice the Mountain Bread into smaller pieces and lay them out on a tray to go into the oven. 

3) Brush on the zatar mixture.

4) Place the tray in an oven at 180 for 5-10 minutes until crisp.
