Easy Roast Chicken
INGREDIENTS
1 chicken with skin on cut into 8
1 teaspoon maldon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 red onion cut into wedges
1 lemon cut into wedges and squeezed over chicken
Rosemary
Thyme
1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Pre gear oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Place chicken in baking pan skin side up.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic salt and paprika.
Cut onion into wedges and place in between chicken pieces.
Cut lemon and squeeze out juice over chicken. Leave lemon wedges to cook with chicken.
Place sprigs of Rosemary and Thyme over chicken.
Pour sweet chilli sauce over chicken.
Mix altogether.
Bake at 200 degrees for approximately 1 hour turning occasionally.
Once brown and crisp remove from oven and serve.
