Mountain Bread Crisps & Hummus

INGREDIENTS

Serves: 8 

1 pkt Mountain Bread

2 tbsp dried oregano

2 tbsp sesame seeds

1 tsp salt

olive oil

( You can use 3 tbsp zatar as a substitute for the oregano and sesame seeds)

INSTRUCTIONS

1) In a bowl mix the dried oregano, sesame seeds, salt and olive oil to wet the whole mixture.

2) Slice the Mountain Bread into smaller pieces and lay them out on a tray to go into the oven.

3) Brush on the sesame seed and oregano mixture.

4) Place the tray in an oven at 150C for 5 minutes.

5) Eat with hummus or tzaziki for an afternoon snack.
