Asian Salmon

INGREDIENTS

Serves 2 : 400g salmon ( 2 X 200g Salmon Fillet)

1 tbsp Soy/Tamari sauce

1 tsp ketchup manis

1 tsp organic maple syrup

1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

1) Mix all wet ingredients together

2) Pour over fish and marinade an hour before (can do immediately before if time limiting)

3) Pre heat oven to 180 degrees Celcius

4) Place salmon on baking paper and bake for 15-20 min depending on how well done you want it

5) Sprinkle sesame seeds on top

6) Serve with a salad or vegetables
