Salmon Teriyaki
INGREDIENTS
1kg side of salmon or 5x200g salmon fillets
3 Tbsp soya sauce
3 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 Tbsp hoison sauce
1 Tbsp white vinegar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp fresh garlic or minced garlic
2 tsp fresh ginger or minced ginger
Roasted sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
Pat salmon dry with paper towel.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour over salmon and marinade for 2-3 hours or over night.
Line baking tray with baking paper and place salmon skin side down.
Bake for 20-30 min until cooked through.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve immediately or at room temperature.
Note: This salmon recipe can be used for pokes too.
