Tuna Zoodle Bake

INGREDIENTS

2 zucchinis spiralised

1/2 small white onion diced

1 cup sliced mushrooms

95g tuna

2-3 Tbsp ricotta

2-3 Tbsp Saccla sauce ( cherry tomato and basil) or any napoletana sauce

Oil

Maldon salt

Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Spray pan with olive oil.

  2. Sauté onion until translucent.

  3. Add mushrooms and sauté until soft. Sprinkle salt. 

  4. Add zoodles. Cook until soft but still remaining it's shape. 

  5. Drain any excess fluid in pan.

  6. Add tuna and mix. 

  7. Add Saccla sauce. Mix well. 

  8. Pour into bowl. Sprinkle with ricotta and grind black pepper as desired. 

  9. Bake in oven at 18O C for about 15 min or as desired.
