Honey Soy Salmon

INGREDIENTS

1 kg side of salmon or 5  X 200g fillets

MARINADE

1/4 cup soya sauce

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp sesame oil

2 tsp honey 

2 tsp minced ginger 

2 tsp minced garlic 

3 tbsp oil

2-3 sticks chopped spring onion

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Marinade salmon in fridge for 3 hrs or more if possible.

  3. Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 30 minutes or until cooked through. Can be BBQ as well.
