Cauliflower Soup
INGREDIENTS
1 leek sliced
1 head cauliflower
4-5 carrots chopped
Stock cubes (2-3) or liquid stock
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
1/2 tsp curry powder ( optional )
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Sauté leek in olive oil.
2) Add curry powder if desired.
3) Add other vegetables
4) Add water and stock cubes/ liquid stock so vegetables are just floating.
5) Simmer for 30-40 Min.
6) Blend.
7) Add salt and pepper as desired.
