Cabbage Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 green cabbage shredded

  • 1/4 purple cabbage shredded

  • 1/4 cup pépites roasted

  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds roasted

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds roasted

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup vinegar

  • 1/4 cup soya sauce

  • 1/2 tsp Stevia powder ( used for baking and cooking, if using another variety check conversion chart)

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. 

  2. Line oven tray with baking paper and place seeds on tray. 

  3. Bake until golden. Remove and cool. 

  4. Shred green and purple cabbage. Arrange in bowl and sprinkle seed mix on top. 

  5. Dress salad

    Note: Perfect side for a summer bbq or a side of salmon.
